Welcome to the University of Michigan-Dearborn, a school with endless opportunities to make connections with faculty, staff, and other students. By getting involved in our student life, you could meet your best friend, connect with a future employer, or develop a great interest you never knew you had. UM-Dearborn is a smaller school, so we’re able to make the connections that so many students want. There is only one thing that many students see standing in their way- the fact that we are a commuter campus. Luckily, we at the Student Activities Office know that it’s not a problem at all! Finding a place to call home with people you connect with is easy here at Dearborn, it just requires taking the initiative to get out there and find something that interests you. Do you want to join an organization? Get involved in community service projects? Develop your leadership skills through a comprehensive leadership program? Enlighten your mind by educating yourself about different cultures? We offer all of these opportunities and more at UM-Dearborn, and we want you to be a part of them!
