What is Blueprints?
Blueprints is a comprehensive, ten month group leadership program which guides students through a three phase journey -- as individuals, team and community members, and as global citizens. Blueprints will help students refine their leadership skills, understand the context of leadership through leadership theory education, and prepare students to lead with purpose.
Throughout Blueprints, students will participate in the following: - Off-campus, overnight retreat including outdoor initiatives course
- Community service projects and related public policy discussion and assessment
- Development of an individual vision project, creation of long and short-term goals
- Extensive review of relevant leadership theory, including student team presentations
- Engaging discussions with other students, faculty, staff and community leaders
