Alternative Spring Break (ASB) 2008 was a life-changing experience for many of our students. For one week in February of 2008, dozens of UM-Dearborn students "gave up" their Spring Break and dedicated their time and talents to improve our community by working with the United Way for Southeastern Michigan to tackle the most important issues in our region - Education, Income and Basic Needs.
This year, over 50 students from
across the country will come together in Detroit to serve five different non-profit agencies from February 28th - March 7th.
The University of Michigan-Dearborn and the United Way for Southeastern Michigan are proud to once again host this transformational program for college students and our Metro Detroit Community!
